About Karen

Hello!

I am Dr. Karen Harris McGibbon.

I am a Jamaican wife, mother, grandmother,   psychotherapist and happiness coach.

I have worked as a high school teacher, school counselor and university professor for over 30 years. I have a passion for helping people!

Nothing makes me happier than seeing those I help become mentally and emotionally healthy

human beings!

I enjoy cooking for my family, reading a good book, enjoying nature, playing racquetball and the piano whenever I get the chance.

Feel free to send me a message and tell me all about YOU!
